We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which this webpage will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.
This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website.
It will notify you of the following:
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- Security procedures in place to protect against the misuse of your information.
- How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We collect information you give us directly, by email or other direct contact, and information about your visit through our website analytics, described under Website analytics and visitor insights below.
We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, unless it is necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We will not lease, sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties, unless we have your permission. We might do so if the law forces us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

SECURITY:
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS AND VISITOR INSIGHTS:
We collect information about your visit so we can understand which organizations are interested in our work and improve our website. Collection begins when you arrive. You can turn it off at any time on our Opt-out preferences page, and after that, this analytics tool collects nothing more from your browser.
What we collect. When you visit, we collect:
- the pages you view and their titles
- the site or link that referred you
- campaign tags in the link you arrived through (UTM parameters)
- your browser language, screen size, and browser and device type (user agent)
- when you visited and the time you spend on each page
- your full IP address, which we keep with the rest of the visit record
- a random session identifier, stored in your browser with the campaign tags you arrived with, so we can group the pages of a single visit
What we derive, and from where. From the network information associated with your visit, we identify the likely organization, network operator (ASN), and approximate location (country, region, and city) using our content delivery provider's edge network data (Cloudflare). We then look up public facts about that organization (such as industry, size, founding year, headquarters, and website) from Wikidata, a public knowledge base. We use this to understand which businesses visit us. We do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.
What we do not do. We do not collect names, contact details, logins, or payment information through this tool. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for cross-site advertising.
How long we keep it. We keep each visit record for up to 12 months and then delete it automatically. That covers everything we hold about the visit: your IP address, location, device details, the pages you viewed, and the organization details we looked up.
Your choices. You can turn this analytics off at any time on our Opt-out preferences page. Turning it off stops the tool and clears what it stored in your browser. It does not delete what was collected before you turned it off. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of the processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, including asking us to delete what we collected about your visit, email us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE / OPT-OUT FROM MARKETING EMAILS:
At the bottom of all automated emails sent from The Company is an "Unsubscribe" link. Open the email, click on the link, and follow the instructions.
